Camers nedt help

Upgraded system.   All was fine and then lost connection to a camera.   Powered off and on…,no change.   Any thoughts on how to reconnect.

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • What model of Nest camera do you have?
    • Is it 1Gen or 2Gen?
  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • Are you getting any error messages?
  • How far is the camera from the router?
  • Do you have other Nest devices in the house?
  • Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the camera is connected?
  • What's the status LED light?
