Starting yesterday I've started receiving a can't connect error for the nest presence. I'm able to view my cameras and thermostats without any issue. I've uninstalled the Google Home app and confirmed it's not a Wi-Fi issue because it happens on both my iPad and my Android phone. A second household member does not see this cannot connect issue.
I have the nest app. Is the one controlling my location and confirm that it still is but it seems like Google Home can't see that piece of data from nest.

You could just try deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app. If you click on the "Can't connect" icon, does it explain what it can't connect to?

I did that yesterday and that didn’t work. I just checked and it’s fix. Must have been a server side issue. You can close this.
