Can nest camera purchased in USA used in India?

I use my two Nest outdoor IQ cams in USA and am happy with them.

If I were to purchase the same to give to parents in India (and NOT use nest aware), will that work?

For e.g. they don't need 30 day history, but some basic functionality of seeing live footage and getting alerts on the phone for movements etc.

Internet speed is fine and reliable.

Only thing I can think of is voltage (110 vs 220 etc). Has anyone ever tried this or have ideas?

I'm sorry for the delay. Since Nest IQ Outdoor camera isn't officially launched in India, some features may or may not work. In terms of its basic functionality such as camera live viewing should still work as long as connection is at par with its internet bandwidth speed requirement.
