Hi, I have had to reset my google home and now my google home app connects it to wifi but says it can’t communicate to phone or iPad to complete the set up, is there another way to finish set up?
I have followed all instructions but just won’t work

Have you tried turning off iCloud relay?

No I haven’t Aaron, I’ve had a look at my phone but can’t work out where that is,

Actually just found it and I don’t use iCloud so that is off

Sashmachel, you've been great doing those steps. A few questions: are you using a private network? If so, do you have a dual-band router? If you haven't, try reinstalling your Google Home app. Make sure the Bluetooth is on and Local Network Access is turned on for the Google Home app on your phone settings. Give rebooting your phone, Google Home and router a try to refresh the connection. If the issue persists, kindly use a different phone to set up your speaker.
