Can you help? I have a nest mini speaker which up until recently is worked fine. I'm able to connect to the Wi-Fi after a number of tries but when I try to create a speaker group with another nest mini speaker, it will not do it it's like it doesn't recognize it as a speaker. Only today am I having this issue. I've reset it disconnected multiple things but it still doesn't work. Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated

Hi Griffiths415,
Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. A few questions: is this Google Nest Mini in question responding to your voice commands? Can you see it in the Google Home app on the Devices tab? Are you using a dual-band router? If yes, on which band did you connect it?
Regards,
Alex

Yes my Google nest speaker is not connecting in it. It keeps on connecting when it does to my Wi-Fi. It just started. I’ve had it since February 2023. It is now October 8, 2023. It just started about a week ago.

Hi Kimorosz,
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your Google Nest device. Let’s further look into it. What type of Google Nest speaker do you have? Also, is your Google Nest speaker not connecting to your WiFi completely, or does it connect to the WiFi and respond to voice commands but won’t show when creating a speaker group?
Warmly,
Alex
