Community Moderators and other Google employees are worse than useless

How is it possible to be worse than useless?

They waste your time sending you bs forms to fill out that no one reads, like Feedback.  😂 

Or they tell you to every basic thing you’ve already tried before.

Reboot everything

Right there with ya....I have my own bank involved because there is nobody at Google to resolve a billing issue.  They claim I don't have a Nest account to be canceled, yet subscription charges are hitting my credit card.  What they are doing is poor and simple freud.
