Connecting nest thermostat to heat link

  • Hi, I have recently bought a house and they have kindly left google nest. I have factory reset the thermostat and made an account. I cannot connect the thermostat to my app or the heat link. I have tried everything possible online but cannot get it to work. Can someone please help?

  • What color is the status light on your Heat Link?
  • Is there any error code on the Nest thermostat display?
  • Besides factory resetting the Nest thermostat, what other steps have you taken so far?
