Hi - I have various Google product (speakers, doorbell, floodlight) and can control them perfectly with the Google Home App when at home on my Wifi Network.
However, Im not able to control any of them when away from home.
Is it possible to controls the Google Home App remotely? Either via mobile data or a different Wifi Network?
Help!
Thanks, Rob

Hi holmro99,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
Good question, let me help you. The option to control your Nest speakers remotely is a feature that is not supported currently, on the other hand, you should be able to control your Nest Camera and Nest Thermostat. What is the exact message that you are getting every time you control your Nest Camera and Nest Thermostat remotely? What steps have you taken so far?
You can force close and reopen your app. If this did not work try to uninstall and reinstall the app and log in using the same account then try controlling it remotely again.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Juni
