Device room management problem

Hi, is there a problem on room management in the google.home app? I've been arranging the device to a specific room and after a few hours it will reset and move it all to linked to you devices at the buttom.

Probably just a bug.

I just got an update for Google Home on Android, so maybe it will be fixed

  • Are you running the latest version of the Google Home app?
  • Instead of manually moving them back first, could you try saying, "Hey Google, sync my devices"?
  • If you're using an Android phone, could you try clearing the cache of the Google Home app? This won't delete your home, but it can clear out "ghost" device data that often causes placement resets.
