I purchased a new AC unit almost a year ago and the nest thermostat came with it. I have had it replaced once and today it clunked out again. Luckily it’s covered as the first thermostat went out and started the clock over.
But this will be the third thermostat in less than a year! This is freaking ridiculous, I refuse to have the thermostat replaced with another Nest. As it’s garbage! I live in Florida and the heat is unbearable during the day for me to have to wait until my AC company can come and replace it in the morning. Please do better because this is customer friendly at all!
