Hello,

I forgot the password for my Google account, and there is no recovery email address associated with it. Please help me recover my Gmail account. Google doesn't ask me security questions when I try to recover my email address; it only prompts me to enter the phone number. After entering the phone number, I received a verification code with the prefix 'G-' and entered it. However, I then received a message on my phone screen stating, 'Google sent you an email to your email address for confirmation.' What does this mean, and how can I verify my account with the verification code when I have lost the password?
