Google Assistant possessed โ—๐Ÿคฆ

have a bedroom display for my Google home products and security.

I don't say anything, or the phrase "ok Google"

I could say my dogs name or be on the phone ( and was with Google support)

It said " it didn't know, but this is what it found on the web, with Google it said " it didn't know but started playing a song for Spotify???

It won't retrain, send so so many feedbacks or problems and no one knows what to do or cares

This will sound crazy. 11:30 at night I hear this loud beeping sound and it says exit now It's set the alarm for what they call away when you leave. I was selling asleep and it shows it came from my phone.

I tell it to shut off the alarm it shuts off my bedroom TV.

You can send feedback through your Google Assistant and I have over and over and over and over and never hear back from Google.

I don't know when it happened but when I was just starting out with computers Google had their own department to help you. That's not an option anymore. And you're representatives who think their job is just Gmail when it's everything. You don't have dedicated departments you don't

care about your consumers.

Hi @222DOG!

Thank you for posting in the community. I appreciate you taking the time to provide so much detail and for your efforts in troubleshooting and sending feedback. I'm happy to help you!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • What specific Google Home Display model do you have? Here's an article that might help you check: Google Nest speakers and displays.
  • Does the issue occur during a particular time of day, or does it occur randomly?
  • When did you first notice the issue? Was it after an update, or has it always occurred?
  • Were you watching TV when the device randomly turned on? Was there a Google TV commercial playing at the same time?
  • Did you have a conversation that mentioned Google?
  • What kind of environment does the device fail in? For example: noisy, normal, quiet.
  • Where is the device placed? For example, by itself, up against the wall, next to a window, or next to a TV or audio speaker.
  • Is there anything covering, touching, or intermittently brushing against the device?

Please keep me posted. I'll be waiting for your response.

Best regards,
Geremi
