Google Assistant should infer intent better with stopwatches/timers

I say to a Nest Hub 2nd Gen, "Hey google, resume timer"

Assistant replies there are no timers running at the moment.

True, but I had a stopwatch paused. That's what it meant: resume stopwatch.

It should know that, and ask if I want to resume the stopwatch instead.
