Google Home and Eufy SmartBulbs

Hi 
I have various makes of Smartbulbs in my house  but in my bedroom I have two Eufy Smart Bulbs.
 
I have had my smartbulbs for some time but every now and again I get issues. I usually end up deleting everything and starting again and it usually resolves it, a real pain mind you. However this time it has not resolved it. For some unknown reason one of the bulbs in the same room has stop working when Google Home is instructed to turn them off or on using voice command. I instead get one bulb responding and Google Home saying "sorry I am unable to reach Eufy Home at this time". I can however control the bulbs manually in Google Home and also control them in the Eufy Home App.
 
I have removed them from the apps, I have reconnected them to the network  I have reinstalled them back to Eufy Home and also put them back in the relevant room in Google Home. I have also deleted the app, reinstalled the app, deleted link and reconnected link on Google Home, but it makes no difference. I still get the same message from Google Home saying unable to connect to eufy home yet it still controls one of the bulbs.

I'm having the same problem.  Nothing has resolved it.

I've started having a similar issue with Eufy smart plugs this past week.  Google assistant will say "Sorry, I'm unable to reach Eufy home", yet will still usually turn the plug on or off.  Same for routines involving Eufy plugs.  I've changed nothing in my Automated Home system.

I have emailed Eufy and I got bog standard email going through setting up bulb again,  or if it was faulty and under guarantee they would replace it. I mailed them back and said I wasn't the only one and have been told software team now looking at it..it still could be issue with Google Home mind u

Well, they have now started working normally so someone has done something...must have been at Eufys end

I'm glad to hear that it suddenly started working for pacuk01 again! Now, before I go ahead and lock up the thread, was anyone else still experiencing this issue, or had any more questions?
