Google Home app, can't remove the TV via "unpair device" because I sold the Philips TV and therefore it is no longer found in the network. Message: "These settings are currently not available, check your WiFi network". Is there another way to remove the TV from the Google Home app?

try a gemini search asking how to remove a device no longer on the network. I would post the results but it won't allow me to for some reason.

Thanks for "gemini search" hint but none of the suggestions to get rid of the apps worked, two non existing TVs are still there. They were not assign to a room yet, so to remove a room doesn't help. They were initially added via Homey sync, but in Homey they don't exist anymore. Please help to clean up my Google Home app.

Hi @mhjgroenen,
Thanks for the recommendation @Abscam.
Thank you for posting in the community. Unfortunately, once a device like your Philips TV is disconnected from your Wi-Fi network, the Google Home app loses its direct connection to it. This prevents the 'unpair device' function, which needs to communicate with the TV, from working. Consequently, any other configuration changes for that offline device are also impossible.
If this Philips TV was the last device associated with your current 'home' structure within the Google Home app, the only way to completely remove it from your Google Home setup at this point is to delete the entire 'home' structure and then create a new one.
Please be aware that deleting your home will remove all devices and any associated routines or settings within that structure. If you still have other smart home devices you wish to keep, this option would require you to set them up again in the new home.
Let me know if you have any questions about deleting and recreating your home structure.
Best regards,
Kevin
