Google Nest Cam wth floodlight - cannot connect due to no blue pulse light

I am having problem connecting my newly purchased Google Nest Cam with floodlight on Google Home App. The electrician has connected all the wirings. The floodlight is working and can detect motion sensor activity. However, there is no blue pulse light on camera for pairing to Google Home. I have press the reset button on back of the camera on multiple times but without success.  Can anyone shed any light on how to resolve this issue ?

Thanks for reaching out and for providing this information. If there's no light on your Nest Camera with floodlight, it could be that the battery is dead or not receiving power or it failed to update its software. You might want to double check the power cable connected to it and if it's properly plugged in to the power socket. I would suggest you contact your electrician and make sure that he wired it properly and your Nest Camera has power before he goes.
