Google Nest Partner

Hello Google Nest community, 

I haven't found a better way to get in touch with you. I'm trying to fill the Google Nest Partner form but I'm getting a "Something went wrong, please try again later" error. I'm based in Madrid, Spain. 

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing when filling out the form. Can you tell us more about your concern? What’s happening with your Google Nest device?
