Hey, I’ve been having trouble seemingly out of no where with either my Google fiber jack, or the Google fiber nest pro. Last night at around 11:05, the connection somehow got severed, and no amount of troubleshooting was able to get the WiFi network to reconnect. I turned the jack and the nest pro on/off again, I reset/restarted them, I even factory reset them, but one of the two or both will not reconnect to the internet again. And yes, both sides of the Ethernet cable are plugged in all the way. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I had zero problems before this.
