Google nest WiFi speeds slowing

My WiFi keeps slowing down. Restarting devices doesn’t fix. Start at over 800mbps down 120mbps up. Today at 150mbps/25mbps. This is the second time I’ve observe this. Somehow fixed it about a month ago don’t know what I did to fix it unless it was some kind of update, but problem has re-surfaced. What can I do to maintain WiFi speed?

I seem to have the same issue with verizon fios system, we had cablevision for year and never had this problem. what internet service do you have? I have 2 gb service to the home and I was on 1gb for both verizon and cablevision.
