Hi!
I have a Google Home system consisting of a Nest Hub (1st gen) and a Google Mini (1st gen). Every time I ask Google to play some content from Spotify, it only makes me feel IT EXACTLY 10 seconds. Then it stops with the progress bar that keeps spinning as if it can't load. But that's not the case. Also because it's ALWAYS 10 seconds exactly! How do I get it right? I specify that this is a free Spotify account. Can it depend on this?

With the free Spotify, if you ask for a specific song, it will only play a preview.

@DesmoJJ, thanks for posting. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. We would like to know a few things: Is it working before or this is the first time that you are trying it? If it worked before, were there any recent changes made? Are you still using the original power cord?
You can try to use YouTube music to further isolate the issue.
