Google wired Doorbell not syncing in ADT+

Hello

I already have a google wired doorbell and 2 other outdoor cams from google nest. I recently moved to ADT+ and all outdoor cams synced except the doorbell. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps including re-configuring the devices but it’s still the same. Can you please help me?
