Grid connect and Google home not showing

I have connected grid connect to Google home and says it is connected. When I go to Google home none of the grid connect devices are there. Would appreciate any help. TIA

Hey Suzjr,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

Are your Grid connect devices still working on its native app? Make sure your devices are connected to the same network, under the same home structure and within 15-20 feet of your router. Try saying "OK Google, sync my devices".

If the issue persists, try reinstalling your Grid connect and Google Home app. Reboot your Google Home device and router to refresh the connection. Also, resetting your Google Home might help too.
