I lost access to my account. I did “forget “ password and I was unsuccessful. I created a new account and it’s like starting from the beginning so annoying, but I did not add the products yet. HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT?

I’ve attempted to remove the equipment to retrieve scan but was unsuccessful. It seem simple to remove since I installed the smoke detector, the Thermostat is on another level, but it would not come off. I don’t know, I just want my App to provide effective information like it use to.
