Home Gate, Accentronix

Home gate linked to Google Home with Accentronix, when I ask Google to open the gate, it says, "OK can I have your pin" and the crashes.

Was it working before? Did you successfully link your Accentronix Smart Home account to your Google Home app? Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and your apps are updated. Give these steps a try:

1. Relink your Accentronix Smart Home account to your Google Home app.
2. Reboot your Google Home and router to refresh the connection.
3. Make sure you can still control your devices on the native app.
4. Use this command to sync your device, 'Okay Google, sync my devices'.
