Home & away routines missing

I have been unable to locate the "Home & Away routines" settings in my Google Home App. My Home App front pages top part just shows the options to add a new member, open settings, media or to call home. I'm running Android 11 on a OnePlus Nord, located in Finland (Assistant in English). Is there something I'm missing or is the feature just not available in my setup? Thanks in advance for any information.
