How can I make sure to receive notifications to my phone, but loud, not just a simple notification?

I want to make sure that if there’s a fire at my house and I’m not home because I’m out that my phone alerts me but not just a little banner notification… how can I make sure sound goes off so I know?

Im having the same issue. I posted a thread about it. I want there to be a trigger within google home in case a nest protect detects smoke. If you are out of your house and want a loud notification you could look into IFTT to call your phone number with a specified TTS using Whoopla.
Hope they fix the trigger soon!
