I can’t get my Cync bulbs in my home app

I can’t get my Cync bulbs to load into my home app. I have reset, unplugged, followed all steps, confirmed my Wi-Fi is 2.4 yada yada… what can be done?

are you doing it with integration Cync (C by GE)  ? 

Yes

well, what exactly is the problem. When you select the integration from the google home app, does it progress?

It doesn’t progress. I select works with google, link my cync account, but it never finds the bulb. 

I understand, you are logging in, but the bulb cannot find the device. So the first step is to try adding the bulb from the original application?

Can you share an image on the subject?

@Lap1, @MustafaCanpolat is right. Have you tried setting up the bulb on its native app?
