Idea for script editor

Hello! My idea for the script editor is to add a outside weather condition starter (ex. When temperature outside to a certain temperature, a severe weather alert is pushed out (tornado, hurricane, etc.) or the conditions/temperature for a certain time. I hope you consider this idea Google! I would love to see it!

In the garden we have a rain barrel as a pond. There is a pump in the pond that activates a jet of water. I want to run the pump daily for a few hours so that the water stays in good condition. However when it freezes the pump may not run.

I want to make an action for that where every day that the temperature in my residence is above 2 degrees celsius, the pump turns on for 3 hours

The smart light bulbs in my home have weather conditions for actions, and I can use the light activating as a trigger for the script.

We have an electric blanket which switches on at 10pm if we are at home. I would like to add a condition where it only switches on if the outside temperature is below 'x'

You can use samsung SmartThings with weather conditions. But you could also use a temperature sensor to achieve this in Google editor. Im not sure which sensors are meant for outside use though.
