I'm having issues with my light bulbs. They were working but I had to reset one and now I can't link Cync to the Home app at all. When I enter my credentials and hit sign in nothing happens. It doesn't even attempt to connect. They work fine with the Cync app and they were working with the Home app but now nothing.
I have the exact same issue, everything is just dead in the water. I cannot even unlink properly as the devices have left behind ghosts of themselves. I'm probably going to have to contact GE's support by phone to find out what's going on.
They should at least be able to tell us what's going on with the integration with Google.
I’m with you both. I even find that, when adding new plugs to the Cync app, I usually have to kill and restart the app in order for it to find my home Wi-Fi network.
Bruosch, I’ve only found that a complete unlink and then re-link of Cync to Home will work in the situation you describe above, as you say. Hoping all this is just app glitches that need to be patched, with our feedback.
