Ok I have some old nest cameras that all working fine until I hit the migrate over to Google home. Now I can’t access my camera! I go to Google home it’s not there will detect it but once I hit the button to enter code it crashes. I tried to reinstall the camera in nest app and it says it’s migrated to Google home. I’ve tried to factory reset it but there’s no button to reset it. I plugged it into a laptop and it crashes as it opens the nest app. I’ve read countless amounts answers and replies no luck. I can access my other cameras fine that didn’t migrate over. The most annoying and frustrating application made are Google home and Nest. Combine the two and save customers weekends I don’t have enough to spare! The most frustrating nonsense and trust me this isn’t the only problems that have occurred with these nest cameras. I need my camera working I shouldn’t have to spend days underneath my nest camera trying to get it to work. It’s blinking but not working. There’s no way to uninstall it and it cannot be installed what should I do?!?
