My Nest speaker keeps turning off my lights randomly without being told to

In the last day my Google Nests have been turning off my connected home lights randomly without being commanded to (I have 2 Nests, so I'm not sure which one is doing this). It's happened about 10 times in the last day while I'm sitting still, not moving, not talking or watching anything (so the assistant didn't hear any commands), about ever 30 minutes I'd guess.

Any ideas what changed in the last day to cause this? 

Anyone else experiencing this?

Prior to the last 24 hours, id only had this issue a couple times ever. Never so many times in one day.

Oh no! Let’s try to do some troubleshooting steps to isolate and fix this.

• Reboot your router, Google Nest speakers, and your lights.
• Command your Google Nest speaker to “Sync my devices."
• Monitor. If the issue persists, unlink and relink your smart lights.

I have the exact same issue. I have a couple of routines set up that will turn my lights either on or off. The problem is if I have a routine that turns my lights on, just like clockwork, after an hour they will turn back off.

I have deleted and rebuilt my routines, reset all my devices and everything that I know to do but it keeps happening
