My nest hub max makes sound when I look at it in the morning

It seems like when I’m getting ready for something in the morning and the nest hub sees me, it plays a sound. Do you guys know what it is?? I’ve heard it in the google pixel ads.

Yes, this is a feature you turn on. I remember turning it on when it first came out but have no idea how to turn it off. Google has made the Home app settings more convoluted than any other app on my phone.
