I added the New Nest Outdoor Camera's (Nest Cam - Battery) only to find out after replacing my older camera's that the new camera video history is only available to view on a smart phone or tablet! How ridiculous to not be able to view on a laptop or computer. The Web app does not allow video history of the new camera's i need to use the old version camera's to view on a computer. Really! in what world does that make sense!
That was what i was told from Google Support

Hi! You can view your cameras on a laptop or computer using the following link 🙂 they have only released this recently! I hope this helps! Let me know if you can see them or not! I don't think you need an old camera to view it on a PC. But if not It could be due to compatibility issues or they haven't integrated it into the web application yet!
Follow this link here:
Hope this helps!

Could be compatibility issues, the only thing I suggest is upgrading any old cameras to the new ones if needed! But mainly mobile and tablets support it which is strange! If you have a Chromebook around with google play try downloading the google home app there! But as of now, I don't think video history has come to the web application yet, you could try requesting to be implemented for the web app, but I hope they bring the feature for you

The beta/preview home.google.com website provides livestream views ONLY, for ALL of your Google Nest cameras, old and new. (It's been in "preview" status since Oct. 2022. I don't know if or when they might add the ability to access history.)

Hello everyone,
@jk1459, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We understand that you want to view your events history from your computer however, we don't have any news to share about applying this feature to the https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI website. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback. I'd suggest you send feedback using this link to let the Google Engineering team know about your concern. While they won't respond directly back to you, this is the best way to let them know about this. Please let me know if you have other questions or concerns as I will be locking this after 24 hours. Feel free to start a new thread and we'll be happy to help.
I appreciate the help, code_ and MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
