Nest Theromsat not working

My thermostat stat is saying 26 degrees when its definitely not, had 2 replacements from google and they don't even know what the issue is. Anyone else had this issue?

  • What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • How big is the difference between the readout of the Nest thermostat and your thermometer or other thermostats?
