After 15 months of stellar service, my Nest App quit working. I reinstalled it but although my account is active, the part that let me access the modes (heating, cooling, etc) is no longer present on eith my iphone or iPad. My roommates continues to work perfectly. Ideas?
I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're having accessing your Nest thermostat/Temperature Sensor on the Nest App. I'm sure it's confusing with the different accounts, but I'm happy to help.
Make sure to login to the same email account as with the Nest device. Then, once you're logged in, check for any available home structures to see where the Nest device is connected. Here's your guide on how to switch homes.
