Nest audio problems for history

I have checked to make sure audio is linked to right email address used with Nest cameras. I checked volume. I have reset everything and still no audio. Video feed is great. Live audio is great. Just no audio in history which defeats our purpose in having the cameras. I can't speak to a live person which is extremely frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don't have the money to have a  tech come out after spending the money for the cameras.

Hi there, 

I can imagine it has been an inconvenience, and I would love to look into this further for you. Have you checked your phone/device settings to make sure that the volume is up on your Nest camera? Check out your settings in the Nest or Google Home apps to see what your volume settings are set too.
