- Do you see error codes on the app screen?
- When and from where was the device purchased?
- How far have you gotten in pairing your device?
- How far is the device from the router?
- Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair?
- Are you using an iOS (Apple) or Android device, and what is the current operating system version running on it?
