Nest thermostat

Hello, has anyone here had trouble with customer service overseas with the information that they see not being Correct? I have tried to contact Google in the US and it’s almost impossible. If anyone has an email or phone number that I could contact to help resolve this issue. I’ve owned my nest thermostat since 2010 and now they are stopping support on first and second generation thermostat. My friend got a email with a discount code to purchase new fourth generation thermostat. So I contacted customer service asking them if I could get a discount code since I’ve owned my thermostat in 2010. There’s system shows I just recently added to the app online, which is not true.. I’ve been using the app ever since I installed it back in 2010 and had to connect to Google home in  2023. So any help or guidance would be appreciated.
