Am I alone in having very poor results with my Nest cameras in the Google app?
I can almost never view videos in the app. “This video isn’t available yet. Check back later” is the constant statement.
Never had these issues with the Nest app. I have started using the old app but it won’t play back newer Google cameras.
i feel like I am wasting my money and time with Nest Aware.
anyone know of any way to improve this?

I'm having the same issue. I've had my nest cameras for years and added more over the years. The new app worked fine even when I migrated cams over. This just started happening overall about a month ago. It happens to indoor and outdoor cams. Some provide history without issue and some don't. I have a business level home network and a gig FiOS service. Not sure if there was a firmware update or something or that the video is having a corruption issue while stored in the Google cloud servers. Please let me know if you find something out. I'll do the same. Thanks,

Thanks, I will let you know if things somehow improve.
I’ve cancelled my Nest Aware service. It just seemed like I was throwing funds away with it.
I think Google simply does not know or care how to operate a consumer facing product. Shame really.
