No hot water from faucet after resetting Nest config

Hi Support,

After resetting my Nest config because it was registered to the former homeowner, hot water suddenly not flowing through my faucet in bathroom also in kitchen. 

I checked heating system and all my radiators were perfectly functioning. 

Can you please assists what needs checking on Nest config, thank you

Thanks for reaching out to the Nest Community about your hot water configuration. I apologize for the inconvenience; don't worry, I'm here to help you with that. 

 

You can enter this in the thermostat settings to change this. You only need to select: 

  1. Equipment
  2. Pro Setup
  3. System boiler (you need to make sure it is a combi or system boiler)
  4. Hot water on/off 

 

After that, your thermostat will have the option to control your hot water. In case this option is not there, feel free to keep posting. I will do my best to find a solution for you.
