This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: when did your issue begin? Is the Google Home app updated? Which Nest speaker/display do you own? If you already forced closed and reopened the app to refresh, you can reboot the phone then observe if this will make a difference. If it’s the same Try to uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app. Using another phone will help us isolate the issue even further.
