When I tried to link my NOMA IQ account to google home and entered all credentials correctly, it would just pop up a message saying “cannot reach NOMA IQ, please try again”. Wondering if this is due to some server error either from google or noma’s end. It’s quite frustrating now as I have to manually control it from noma’s own app. Hope this can be fixed.

Hi RandomSimon,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. A few things: is this the first time that you are linking NOMA IQ to Google Home app or it was working before? If it was working before, were there any recent changes made before the issue started? Are you able to control your device on the NOMA IQ app? What steps have you taken so far? Lastly, which Nest speaker/display do you own?
You can force close and reopen your Google Home app then try it again. Rebooting your phone might help too.
Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
Juni
