Not receiving email code from Nest App

Can anyone help????

I'm trying to log into my Nest app, and when I enter my email and password, the tells me that it sent a code to my email, but I never receive the code.  I am able to reset my password, so I received an email to that, but i am not receiving the verification code.  I've sent an email a few days ago to google support and i have not heard back from them.  Do i need to change all the thermostats in my house to something that has way better customer service?  I've been trying to find help on this for days now and have no luck.  Any help or feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

Larry

@Larry13

I've never seen a Google Nest Support email.

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Did you ever figure this out?  I have the same issue. Nest login says I'll get an email with a code but it never arrives. I've been bumped out of my account in the past but the email with code always immediately arrived when this happened previously but nothing this time.

I have the same issue .. not receiving a verification access code .. this is very frustrating  what kind of business is Nest running selling products without any info on how who to fir support

Utterly the worst company I have ever encountered.

Can someone from nest respond to our concern if anyone cares at all about their product

I had the same issue covered on another thread. No direct fix or explanation was available.  I had to create a new account using a gmail and manually reset my devices to it.
