On Google Assistant an alarm set to wrong time after change

I find that there is a bug in requesting an alarm and than change the time. Steps to reproduce are (with 'Hey Google' for each line):

1. Me: "Set alarm for 2:00 PM."
2. Response: "Ok, your alarm is set for 2:00 PM".
3. Me: "Change alarm to 2:30 PM".
4. Response: "Ok, your alarm is changed to 2:30 PM".
5. Me: "Cancel alarm".
6. Response: "Ok, your 9:30 AM alarm is canceled".

Google Assistant is running on a Sonos Speaker (not iOS, could not choose anything else unfortunately).

I live in The Netherlands and my time zone is set to Amsterdam.
