Personal results google nest

To set a simple reminder on my Google nest requires turning on personal results which, I quote, allows “email, calendar, contacts… payments on this device.”

I don’t want all of that info shared/ synced at all. I’m literally trying to set up a reminder to take the bins out - it feels unnecessary to sync to personal information in this way for such a simple reminder.  What possible need is there for personal results regarding rubbish disposal?

We understand how this is important for you however, Personal results must be turned on to manage reminders. If personal results isn't on, the reminder notification appears on your speaker or display, but you won't hear the reminder. Check this guide for more information.
