Philips Hue Offline lights

I have a problem with the Philips Hue lights.
after adding a Philips Play unit the lights on system, 6 in total, all went offline and could not be controlled by Google Home. They still worked on Hue app.
I tried to remove lights and could not. I unlinked Philips Hue bridge and installed everything again. I now have 14 devices, the 2 Play lights and the room lights doubled up. Google now controls the lights but says there are some offline. I can uninstall one set of the lights but the others will not go.
Please advise

Hi, @PeterB54!

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Philips Hue lights are offline in the Google Home app. I appreciate you taking the time to troubleshoot by removing them from the app and unlinking and relinking the account. I understand that one set of lights still cannot be removed and remains offline. I'm happy to help!

If the Hue lights cannot be removed from the Google Home app, please check that these devices were added using your Google Account. This issue can arise if the devices were added by a family member. If that's the case, ask the family member to remove the Hue lights.

If the family member no longer has access, please try the following:

Please let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Ana
