Sprachprofil google home - andere Geräte

Hallo, ich habe in google home ein Sprachprofil angelegt und möchte dieses nun auf Geräten nutzen, die im Haushalt vorhanden sind. Es handelt sich um einen Sonos One. In der google home App (Menüpunkt "Hey Google & Voice Match") klicke ich dazu auf "Voice Match auf Geräten aktivieren". Es erscheint "einen Moment" und anschließend "Keine WLAN-Verbindung". Ich bin im korrekten WLAN mit vollem Empfang... Teilweise stehe ich dirket unter meinem Router... In der Vergangenheit, trat das Problem auch schon mal auf. Wenn ich dann unzählige Male auf Wiederholen klicke, klappte es irgendwann. Heute nicht... Ich habe das Handy an den Router gehalten, ich habe es neu gestartet, andere Apps geschlossen... Ich verstehe es nicht. Und das Problem taucht beim Handy von meinem Sohn und von meiner Frau ebenso auf. Hat jemand einen Lösungsansatz?

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. Have you been experiencing outages on your Wi-FI connection? You can uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app then try it again. Rebooting your router might help too.

Are you using a private home network? What Google Home or Google Nest device do you have? Also, have you tried the troubleshooting steps above?

Problem besteht nach wie vor: Bei den Google Assistant Einstellungen -> Hey Google & Voice Match -> andere Geräte -> Voice Match auf Gerät aktivieren, erscheint immer "einen Moment" und dann "keine WLAN-Verbindung".  Dasselbe auf allen Accounts und allen Smartphones mit diversen Androidversionen. Vermutlich liegt das Problem in der Schnittstelle zwischen Google Assistant und Google Home.

Thanks for providing that additional details. To better isolate if this is a network related issue, could you try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot and see if you'll get the same result.

Same result, regardless of the type of connection to the internet.

I have no Sonos One that the TO may have. It´s for sure not a Sonos issue. I use 2 Google Home Minis and 1 Nesthub 2. The issue appears on any Android smartphone in my household in Google Home App -> Assistant Settings -> Hey Google & Voice Match -> other devices -> activate Voice Match on devices.

Das Problem lässt sich via Hotspot über ein anderes Gerät nicht lösen. Egal was ich versuche das Ergebnis ist die Fehlermeldung: "Keine WLAN-Verbindung".

Hast du im "Hey Google & Voice Match" Dialog versucht, auf ">" am rechten Rand zu klicken und im darauffolgenden Dialog die hinzuzufügenden Geräte auszuwählen? Das funktionierte bei mir.

Hi folks,

 

Thanks for the details you shared and sorry that you are still experiencing the issue. Check these recommended router settings and let us know if this worked for everyone.

 

  1. Enable: Universal Plug and Play (UPnP), multicast, Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP)
  2. Disable: AP / client isolation, virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, IGMP proxy. VPNs and proxy servers should be disabled on your computer as well (if applicable).
  3. Change DNS addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
  4. If IPv6 is enabled, try disabling it in the meantime.
