Hi everyone — I’ve noticed something odd since the recent firmware update on my Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd gen). It now randomly changes modes (heat/cool) even though my schedule hasn’t changed. I’ve tried rebooting the thermostat and restarting the router, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this?

• What troubleshooting steps did you take?

• Did you end up contacting support?

• Or was it a firmware bug that got fixed in a later update?
