Video History

I have a doorbell at one location (#1) and a camera at another location (#2).  I have the subscription that is supposed to keep 30 days history of events.  I need to access history at #1 from 11 days ago.  It does not allow me to go back that far.  On the other hand #2 does provide 30days of access. They are both registered on the same account.  Any suggestions? 

Update, location #1 has be 1st generation $30 subscription.  #2 has nest aware,  Maybe I need to cancel 1st generation and then add #1 to the nest aware.

Thanks for posting here in the community. Let's go ahead and see what's going on here. To confirm, are both Nest Camera and Nest Doorbell on the same home structures? The good thing about the 2nd gen of Nest Aware subscription is when you apply it to the home structure, all the Nest Cameras and Nest Doorbells under that home will benefit from the subscription. Unlike the 1st gen that can only be applied to one device. Hit this link for more information.
