Hiya,

Curious that it is sonos. They sued google & won, google had to make changes about volume setting, but I thought it was just setting volume from a phone's volume buttons.

So I've been trying out voice commands to change volume and none of them work.
I've just said to my nest hub change nest hub volume to 20% and it changed the Sonos speaker volume not its own.

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.
I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
I look forward to hearing from you.

Yep it's still not working. I've found the only way to make it work is say "device name" volume x%

Sorry to hear that it's still no working for you.
I would suggest visiting our Google Assistant Forum and writing to them there as this is a question that they might have more information on.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
